Ben, these numbers are enormous for these companies. Thank you for bringing up the tulip mania. I have not seen this in a while and forgot how high those were priced. I was thinking about how far Amazon fell after the 2000 bubble which was probably the biggest fall I have seen and then a huge recovery. META from the peak in 2021 to the bottom I think fell about 70%. The tactical investing you and your firm are doing is the right way to play these trends. Thank you for the video. Hi Ben! Just got home from work, and this popped up! I was wondering when you were going to cover this, especially Nvidia. Now I know why two of my Vanguard funds, which I have held for years, all of a sudden soared and hit 52 week highs! It's because the top 3 holdings are Microsoft, Apple, and Nvidia in that order. I have been holding only 7 shares of NVDA, which are up. I prefer "Fancy Four" for myself because I like the sound of "Nancy's Fancy Four." 😅

Excellent points starting at 26:15 concerning $17 trillion of Treasury bonds rolling over in the next 3 - 6 months. With low (50 bp) rates repricing to 4%. That is a staggering jump of 3.5% per year on $17 trillion, or a cool $600 billion per year that will clobber the federal budget. Those interest payments serve no productive purpose in the U.S. economy. Moreover, $1.7 trillion of Commercial Real Estate debt is maturing this year and next. Lots of stress upon regional banks. It's coming home to roost. Meanwhile everyone is whistling past the grave yard and cheerleading AI stocks to drive the market to record heights. A lot of hot air is filling this balloon with no end in sight. No wonder Warren Buffett and Berkshire are sitting on a big cash hoard. Inevitably they will be bargain hunting when the worm turns.
