Thank you for saying the city requires that lil bit of pavers. I had my finger set to comment on why did they even bother😅. This is a good starter home, secondary rooms are big enough for children. Very good price for what's included.

Ha ha the bed in the second model looks like a certain kind of exam table!!!! I wouldn't expect these homes to go for more than you say due to the area they are in... Noise disclosure since Nellis AFB is close by??? Color change in both models for sure yikes
