My TAP button is not working, when I press it twice to adjust the time for the eco or tune my guitar it doesn’t do anything, have you ever faced something like this?

Thanks fir this man! Are these things useless on the Spyder IV 150 2x12”? Is this different on that model? Can Tap effect the timing of the loop button models? I’m suddenly forced to use my 150w Spyder IV 12”x2 and it haven’t been used since buying it new when it came out. Today it sounds terrible! No comparison at all to my 91’ 150w DSP tube Crate stack. No matter how i adjust the EQ for metal i cannot get any sustain or lasting ,fading chorus out of it like i remember when first playing it. It’s literally been in its factory ship box since the first week i bought it. It’s the opposite of a powerful metal sounding amp the way it is right now! Literally the effects just stop to a silence instead of lasting to a fade out and i can no longer get any pic or pinch harmonics anymore,it’s so dead sounding! The loop doesn’t work well either,atleast without the pedal it doesn’t. You can see it on my channel along with one of my metal guitar walls. I’ve tried over a dozen high end guitars on the amp and they all sound dead on this shit box so something has to be wrong! It’s pretty much just a $600 giant eye sore the way it sounds! I hope these tricks can help! If anyone else has any ideas as to what i should try i’d really appreciate it! Thanks! Crisis

Hi Can u please help me how to factory reset and make the clean sound without effects

Turn off amp, hold clean button and turn it back on resets it to factory. Turn all effects on and then off and hold the clean button for 3-5 sec to save the preset.

I have the Spider 2 dual speaker nothing but crappy sounds ive reset it numbers of times and still crap my opinion its a wast of hard earned money.
