F7 pawn is hanging and like levy said if he tries to protect it with the rook some shenanigans will happen with e5

Bc4 is a developing but a powerful forcing move. F7 pawn is weak so if he tries to push it, there is Ng5 ideas. And if he tries to protect it with Rd7, e5 is the solution forcing dxe5 to trade the rooks. And suddenly white is winning due to the open d file which can have a looming infiltration anytime.
