We know Magnus is exceptionally good in chess. As a result Magnus wins in Classical, Rapid, Blitz, 960, online bullet, etc... He is just great in chess, and he wins whatever. Fabi in not that good in Bullet. It means, his skills are not universal. He trained well for long classical games but he does not have such exceptional skills in all time controls. So doesn't Ian. He does not show any good results outside of that single tournament, not super successful in titled tuesdays or world rapid&blitz chess championsip. That's why I think Hikaru has the best chances.
