Excellent, The whole thing (the background, the beta, the climbing, the music, the buildup to the send, the send) is a fantastic story superbly filmed, executed and edited! Thanks for your dedication to climbing and to vlogging.

Great vlog, one of my favorites yet. I especially like the play by play during the first try; would love to see more of that, it really enhances the viewing experience. Keep up the good work!

Magnus...! That was, by far, one of the if not the best video you've ever made... The engagement, the tension, the music and moviemaking were really breathtaking to watch. Congratulations and, more important, thank you dude.

What a brilliant vlog. I didn't read the title, so i thought you'd gonna send within the first try. The tension was well built towards the end. And I enjoyed the commentaries. Most of the time I'm just watching climbing footage and thinking: Well looks hard, but no idea what they are doing there. But with your comments I got a real feeling for the climb. You should keep this. Keep up the good work.

Damn Magnus, you really stepped up your game on this vlog! This is seriously movie quality production! I particularly liked the voice-over explaining the moves of the route as you climbed through it. Your vlogs in greece have been great so far, but this one takes the cake. This one should be your blueprint for the future!
@o.gingras7 жыл бұрын
My favorite so far...! All these videos in Greece are superb, the shots are incredible. In this one, I particularly enjoyed your comments in the beginning. The tone of your voice with the music in background, it sounded like a climbing film, a climbing journey. Then the music was insane, very captivating. The shots on Inshallah were very nice as well! Seriously, this Greece trip is high quality filming!

I really enjoyed your beta commentary (and sweet send and vlog). List of priorities: Job #1 Climb. Send. #2 have fun with your people. #4 Share vlogs with us who struggle a bit more substantially with the gravity-well of planet Earth. Insert a topic #3 at will.

Really enjoying your videos Magnus! The voiceover makes the climbing so much more interesting to watch. Especially for us climbing newbies. It's not always easy to distinguish the moves that are just really hard, from the ones that are nearly impossible.. I guess the next step would be to get a drone. It could yield unique pictures during the climbs, but of course you need someone else to operate it from time to time. DJI or some other company will probably send you one if you ask. And hey, please include more "behind the scenes" -footage. Like the dinner and Viktoria's singing in the last vlog. Stuff like that makes a huge smile on peoples faces. Keep it up man!

Just in case you see this, Perseguido Por Un Charango 1, meshed PERFECTLY with the scenery and culture of the area your climbing in, the suspense of the climb, everything. I don't know how you choose music, but that was a great choice. One of your best song choices that perfectly fit the mood of the climb and the surrounding area. Very mediterranean feeling with the classical nylon guitar (or maybe charango - bolivian?)

AMAZING vlog magnus! The commentary and the music on the first try was awesome! it really helps realising the difficulty of the route. It's great to see you try things and your dedication in vlogs in good time and bad times is what makes your channel of the best climbing chanel. It's like training for climbing, the harder you try the better results you get! Your vlogs keep getting better and better! Love From france PS maybe next time you try to onsight a route could you guide move by move through the route before you go so we can compare with what you actually do? I think it'd be fun!

Can you do a video or short on clipping techniques? Another fun one could be to ask your audience to send in all their favourite moves from your videos (video plus time stamp), like that drop knee on the Gaston in this video, and you can describe the technique a bit? Very climber focused so maybe post as a guest on another channel (wide boys 😊). Thanks for always bringing the psych!!
