A diet that goes over your daily allowance does NOT work
@christysheffield91513 жыл бұрын
In reference to some of the replies on this comment thread - When he uses the term diet, he’s not referring to overeating or consisting on sodas only. He’s referring to plans such as keto, paleo, sirtfood, etc. He even goes on to state that diets should be short-term. So he obviously isn’t talking about diets in the sense of what you eat throughout your life but short-term plans of losing weight or building muscle.

You surprised me with the choice of a keto diet. It's good to see a respected Hollywood nutritionist and trainer making good use of the keto diet. Keto is a great tool for health and fitness if you do it right, but there are so many myths about it. :)
@munix93513 жыл бұрын
Can you expand about "doing right" ??
@DanielosVK3 жыл бұрын
@@munix9351 well, expanding could take a whole article, but to keep it short: many people think that keto is all about munching on bacon, eggs and lots of butter, whereas it should be quite the opposite. Focus on your healthy unsaturated fats (fish, nuts, seeds, olive oil, avocado), include lots of veggies etc. Basically, do mediterrean keto
@munix93513 жыл бұрын
@@DanielosVK thank you daniel. That synopsis was perfect. I needed that.🌼🌼🌼🧡🌼🌼💥
@moonrabbitlullabies79663 жыл бұрын
@@munix9351 You're generally not supposed to do keto when your Alicia's size. Also, people immediately lean toward super high fat over load. what made it particularly decent for Alicia for this exact scenario is 1: It eliminates carb bloat and water retention during the filming process. 2. Very easy to track and store. Most of the ingredients are pretty basic, simple, easy to source . An avocado is an avocado. 2. Fat, Protein and the carb sources are all very filling. Broccoli will keep you full along with all the fats and proteins. This will also keep her from "binging." So, even though it's a "diet." What he's doing is keeping her protein high so she stays in shape. Keeps her from bloating on scene, and everything is very easy to track for the short term. However, it worked for this temporary instance. You really should not be on keto diet long term, and if you're not blatantly obese there was no real reason to stay on it. In a way it was just a very easy temporary short term meal plan to follow.
