Ooooh don’t that’s so lovely, gets me emosh thinking about it. It’s been such a journey so far hasn’t it. Last January I couldn’t break 60 minutes for a 10k and my PB was an unofficial set in a longer race one from years ago. It may not be a quick turnaround journey, but it’s one in which I believe in one million percent ❤️

That amazing 20 mile training run you had, PBs over all your distances, it’s really just the marathon to go now! Keep doing what you’re doing because it’s working 💪💪
