Thanks for your video. it helps me a lot to make sushi in the States. However, I cannot find any videos about how to store toro properly. I am asking people about it but there are not enough information to store toro properly. For example, I cut bluefin toro then put them on the paper and store in cooler 15-20mins. After that, get rid of some blood and extra abura. After that, wrapping with food wrap(clear one) only then put them in the freezer. The biggest problem is that the color of the toro gets brown when I frozen toro into cooler in order to defrost it. So, it is very helpful to make videos how to store toro or bluefin tuna properly. Thanks a lot!
