nice video, one important point for everyone, any shakti sadhana cannot be done without the shiva tattva. The shiva tattva is the guru - chetna and shakti is the potential. When awareness and potential meet then creation happens. So research about shakti tattva and their corresponding shiva tattva. It will be safer. Else shakti can overwhelm and sometimes be lethal as well.
