Been listening her music from my early teens...I'll be 55 in couple days God spare my life. I'm still listening it's now 2023. Continue to sleep in peace Ms. Jackson🙏❤👌🙌🌟🌹

If you all are saying, rest in peace or sleep in peace when the Bible says to be absent from the body is to be present with. The Lord I would submit that Mahalia. Jackson is in the presence of God. And not resting in peace, but in her heavenly home singing and shouting and dancing. And walking around heaven all day.😊❤🎉

On the 9th of August 2023, I bid farewell to my beloved grandmother, knowing that it was our final goodbye in this lifetime. She had been my guiding light, teaching me the art of prayer, the essence of kindness, and the profound meaning of ubuntu. Our connection was a treasure beyond words - a bond of love and understanding that knew no bounds. Her presence in my life was an invaluable gift, and as I let her go, I entrusted her into the hands of the divine. May the precious Lord gently hold her hand and guide her to her eternal home, where she rightfully belongs. In my heart, I carry the hope that her voice will echo in my memories, that her laughter will resound in the corners of my mind, and that her teachings will continue to shape me. As I embrace the days ahead without her physical presence, I find solace in the thought that her spirit will forever be with me. Rest in peace, dear grandmother, and know that your legacy of love and wisdom will forever light my path. Lala ngoxolo, Magalela Gasa.

I was very blessed to have my grandmother in my life for such a short period of time , I was very young (5) years old and I don’t know what happened to me, because they said that she had died, because I was a very disturbed little boy , and because she was taken away from me, I realize it actually was a blessing for me, because I am better man than I could ever imagine and I thank whoever made me think that she was gone and forgotten for about 55 years and now I feel that I am very blessed, because I am my own man and I can stand on my own, and nothing will ever hurt my heart ever again.
