Hi Gorgeous! I teach women to how to treat their bodies as lingerie and use a feminine energy approach to redesign and sculpt our bodies. Inside of every single woman is a lingerie design waiting to be breathed into life and it's so exciting watching them discover it! I would love an opportunity to share my lingerie fitness method with you and your community if you think it might be a fit? p.s. Loooooving this episode alll day!

Justin Davis and his wife Shay Davis host a podcast centered on mindfulness, relationships, and emotional wellness called “Who Can Relate.” I think it would be a beautiful collaboration since you’ve spoken lots about the importance of mindset!!

it makes total sense that the right person only shows up when you’re in your purpose and full alignment with yourself. how else would they be attracted to you otherwise? love, love this episode!

I LOVE this podcast. It is so true, and trauma cannot be forgotten when thinking about femininity. I used to think I was just “born” masculine until I realized I never really had a safe space to feel feminine. And it is so true that we block out our emotions, like for me, I feel SO much yet I feel that if I show all of that, it would just not be right… Listening to all the wise things you guys say makes me feel like I can improve and it is amazing that women can help each other this way! much love❤

Thank you for this. I was really needing guidance. Im at the very begining of this journey, at 34, and Im tired, very broken and hurt, and I can’t keep going like this anymore. So intentional celibacy it is. I have deep wounds that need tending to.

Loved this podcast so much. Aside from all the great info, could I offer one small piece of advice? I love that you're an active listener, but the constant "mmm"s in the background are a bit distracting :') No disrespect at all. I hope that is helpful! So excited to see what you make in the future!!

Coming back to this as I end a situation and deciding to go about radical healing! I’m praying to be in a spirit of contentment to be single for the rest of my life but right now I still desire a life partner. I look forward to see what the process looks like for me💕

Walking in purpose ✨ loved your thoughts on this so much! This happened for me this year. A future of Children and family are part of my purpose so I decided to freeze my eggs as I was still single at 32, next month I met someone who aligns on my purpose and family values... but... is the opposite to me in nearly every other way 😂

This was an interesting episode. A lot of good gems were dropped but the part about women still being single because they haven't done the work on themselves is a bit troubling. A romantic partner is not a prize you get for “doing the work.” Some people are in good relationships and haven't done any work on themselves, while others have done a lot of work on themselves & are still single. Comments, where people imply that if you don't do the work, you'll be single forever, makes singleness seem like a punishment, and it shouldn't be viewed that way. Also, it can cause people who have been doing the work for a long time to feel frustrated unnecessarily. Life is a constant journey of evolving & improving yourself with or without a romantic partner.

can you provide a timestamp for when that any of that was said?
