Maha Rera is working on behalf of Builders, particularly in metro cities like Mumbai, Pune, Nashik and Sambhaji Nagar etc. I think notices are Only for showoff. Customers should come together and file cases in consumer courts against irresponsible builders and Maha- Rera should make parties in this legal fighting.

Rera is a joke. Builder has facility to extend project completion date as they want. Project started in 2009 can extend completion date till 2024. Generaly in 10 year the buildings needs inspection for repair but Rera has no issues 15 years construction duration. All flat owners combined also cannot do anything against the builders becauee they have a legal department dedicated to handle such thjngs and maximum Rera can do is ask builder to start the rent which would be few thousand and it will be in form of credit note. Which builder will discount at the time of possession. So go for ready flats avoid under construction projects. Against the credit note builder will add some additional charges and level it up. If Rera wants to be helpful, it should take the project in its custody and start the peoject immediately with some reliable company like L&T etc. There should not be more than 2 years extension period beyond what was promised initially by builder.

हम ज्येष्ठ नागरिक है. हमने हमारा मकान बेचके नये जगह मे पैसे डाले. हमे दो साल पहले possession देने का बिल्डर ने वादा किया था. Rera date भी दो साल पहले की थी. मगर अभी तक possession नही मिला. क्योकी लोकल authority OC नहीं दे रही है. मैं अभी महना Rs ३००००/- देकर भाडे के घर मे रहता हुं. Rera पर विश्वास नहीं है. बिल्डर,municipality,Rera सब मिले हुए है. इनको जनता के परेशानी से कूछ लेना देना नहीं.

I am home buyer. Had booked a flat in enkay garden phase 2. I and many others had complainted in Maha Rera and got the order in 2018. Till date the order is not fully executed. MahaReha only passes order but has no police mechanism to implement it. Kindly streamline things and have control over the judgement passed.

२०१९ में महारेरा order दिया है । order तो दिया जाता है लेकिन implement नहीं होता है।हम २०१९से अभी तक २०२४ भी खत्म हो रहा है तब भी सफर कर रहे हैं। २०१९से लेकर आजतक हमें महारेरा, कलेक्टर ऑफिस, तहसीलदार,तलाठी यहां से वहां बस हम(ग्राहक)हीं सफर कर रहे हैं लेकिन हमें न्याय नहीं मिल रहा। इसलिए शायद लोग complete नहीं कर रहे हैं।

बहुत सारे बिल्डरों ने प्रोजेक्ट पूरा होने से पहले ही फ्लैट हैंडओवर कर दिया है जबकि कार्य ही पूरा नहीं हुआ है और फ्लैट होल्डरों द्वारा बिल्डरों को बोलने के बाद भी कोई ऐक्शन नहीं लिया जाता है और न तो प्रोजेक्ट का कार्य पूरा हो किया जाता है। R E R A को इस पर ध्यान देना चाहिए। क्यों कि बहुत सारे लोगों को मालूम ही नहीं है कि ऐसे बिल्डरों के खिलाफ़ कहां रिपोर्ट करनी चाहिए।

Har flat purchase ko builder ke taraf se agreement doc dene ki time une DC ki copy jo CHS ko de jate hai wah Dene chaiya. No need of committee members name decl: can write society name same can be said the names of members to be declared upon forming of society. Same can collect supplementary doc from society registered society office Concern govt & dept can focus on issue DC of flat and society.

jai shree ram, i had booked flat at Highland spring in thane during property expo in 2019, builder that time assured possession in june 2020. After making initial payment and time of regjstration OF agreement i was told that possession date is Dec 22 and not june 20. after that every six months builder used to extend the date by six months. finally possession was given in may 24 that too without completing amenities i.e lift were not installed, electric meter was installed after possession is taken, parking was not provided to individual flat owners, Most important thing is before giving possession builder had forced the individual flat owners to signed undertaking as per specimen provided by builder at flat owners cost of Rs 1500 which says flat owners can not asked for compenstion for delayed possession. also can not asked for details of expenditure of maintenance charges collected by builder for two years etc. actually REREA SHOULD NOT have GIVEN EXTENTION FOR PROJECT WITHOUT HEARING THE FLAT OWNERS. REREA IS WORKING FOE BUILDERS LOBBY AND NOT FOR FLAT OWNERS. purpose of RERA FOR WHICH IT IS SET UP ITSELF IS DEFEATED. RERA IS toothless agency, for what purpose it is set up god only knows.

All the projects in Maharashtra should be cancelled because we need to check.that how many buyers are Marathi or Maharashtrians and how many buyers are non Maharashtrians after Kalyan case and if non MAHARASHTRIANS are buyers then these projects should be cancelled

Buyer RERA se kamjor hua hai. Aaj completion date 7-8 saal ho gai. Koi home buyers isame uska dukh malum karane ki koi aavshykata nahi. Bakwas program.
