Mamm I don’t know how to express my happiness… ente husband nte favourite aanu sarkkara itta ari payasam.. his mom used to make that for him .. kore aayi hus parayunnu ari payasam venam nnu .. nan cooking padichu varunne ullu.. KZbin nokki palada okke undakki .. but ari payasam oru perfect recipe kittilla.. ennale enganeyo i happened to see this video.. ellam nalla perfect aayit paranju mam.. even about extracting coconut milk.. I followed ur instructions.. and the result i got super tasty payasam.. ente husband bhayankara surprised aayi❤️❤️

When my taste buds calls for something sweet in the night - paysam is the way to go. . Step 1 - Cook rice in milk as soft as you can. After the cooker has lost its steam, the cooked mash of milky rice is mixed with Jaggery , and ghee . ! Thats it. I generally dont have the nuts and raisins to garnish with and have to make do with what we have :( not bad for a mid night snack. what do you think ?
