ഞാൻ ഇന്നലെ അപ്പത്തിന് കൂടെ കഴിക്കാൻ ഉണ്ടാക്കി. ബ്ലാക്ക് ഏലക്ക ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല. It was amazing in ടേസ്റ്റ് . ഇനി ഒന്ന് ബ്ലാക്ക് cardemom ചേർത്തു ഉണ്ടാക്കണം thank you ചേച്ചി.

Perfect recipe Mahima👌. Trird this today morning and came out well. I added some kasuri methi too in the end for that exact north indian flavour. Please consider adding the ingredients in the description box which u normally do and has been suggested here by many of your subscribers. Thanks

Kala namak or black salt is commonly used in North, that's why I asked. I regularly watch your videos, lovely presentation and very simply explained.

All the nutrients will be lost if we throw the water in which we soak the chana ...always soak in potable water that's it

മാഡം, താങ്കൾ കടല വേവിക്കാൻ എടുക്കുന്ന ടൈമിൽ ചില പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ ഉണ്ട് എന്ന് പറയാതെ നിവൃത്തിയില്ല. Overnight കുതിർത്തുവച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന കടല lowflamil cookeril cook ആകാൻ വെറും 10 മിനിറ്റ് മതി,15 മിനിറ്റ് or 20 മിനിറ്റ് കുക്ക് ചെയ്താൽ അമിതമായിട്ടു വെന്തുപോകും. വെള്ളക്കടല വേകാൻ ബ്രൗൺ കടലയെക്കാൾ സമയം കുറച്ചു മതി. കുക്കറിൽ 10 മിനിറ്റ് lowflamil വേവിച്ഛശേഷം തുറന്നുനോക്കിയിട്ടു വേണമെങ്കിൽ അല്പംകൂടി വേവിച്ചാൽ മതി എന്ന് പറയണം ? Beef പോലും കുക്കറിൽ വേകാൻ 15 മിനിറ്റ് വേണ്ടിവരാറില്ല എന്നറിയാമല്ലോ? എതു സാധനവും അമിതമായി വെന്തുപോയാൽ അതിന്റെ രുചി മാറിപ്പോകും. ഞാൻ വെള്ളക്കടല lowflamil 15 minute കുക്കറിൽ വേവിച്ഛശേഷം ഉടനെതന്നെ അടപ്പ് തുറന്നിട്ടും അത് അമിതമായി വെന്ത് ഉടഞ്ഞുപോകാറായി എന്ന് പറയട്ടെ. 10 മിനിറ്റ് lowflamil കുക്ക് ചെയ്തശേഷം കുക്കർ തുറന്ന്നോക്കി വെന്തില്ലെങ്കിൽ മാത്രം അല്പംകൂടി വേവിക്കുന്നതാണ് എന്തുകൊണ്ടും നല്ലത്. മോഹൻലാൽ പറഞ്ഞതുപോലെ, കഴിഞ്ഞദിവസം ഞാൻ വക്കാന്ശ്രമിച്ച ചൊലെ മസാല തുടക്കത്തിലെതന്നെ തനി കോഞ്ഞാട്ടയായിപ്പോയി എന്ന് പറയേണ്ടിവന്നതിൽ ഖേദിക്കുന്നു...
