Shahi Paneer | ഷാഹി പനീർ

Shahi Paneer is one of the popular paneer dish in the mughlai cuisine.This is a rich ,creamy ,delicious curry which is best served with Naan or roti.
Here is my version of shahi Paneer.

Please note :Adding garlic and ginger is missing in the video. Please add it along with onion.
Ingredients;
Oil----------------------------------- 1 tbsp
Butter ------------------------------1 tsp
Bay leaf--------------------------- 1
Cumin seeds--------------------- 3/4 tsp
Cinnamon ------------------------1 piece
Cloves------------------------------ 2
Cardamom ------------------------2
Black Cardamom ---------------1
Onion -------------------------------- 1 big
Garlic ----------------------------------5 sliced
Ginger --------------------------------1 1/2 tsp chopped
Turmeric Powder ----------------1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chili powder ---------3 tsp
Coriander Powder -----------------2 tsp
Tomato -----------------------------------3 med
Cashew nuts --------------------------1 1/2 tbsp
Water -------------------------------------1 1 1/2 C
Butter ---------------------------------------1 tsp
Paneer --------------------------------------200 g
Kasuri methi -----------------------------1 tsp(dried fenugreek leaves)
Salt
Sugar ----------------------------------------1/4-1/2 tsp
Cream--------------------------------------- 1/4 c
Cardamom powder-------------------- 1 pinch
