Ingredients - ചേരുവകൾ
Kabuli chickpea - 250 g - വെള്ള കടല
Green chilly - 2 - പച്ചമുളക്
garlic - 10 g - വെളുത്തുള്ളി
ginger - 10 g - ഇഞ്ചി
onion - 360 g - സവാള
tomato - 200 g - തക്കാളി
oil - 3 or 4 tbsp - ഓയിൽ
clove - 4 - ഗ്രാമ്പൂ
cardamom - 2 - ഏലക്ക
cinnamon - 4 pc - കറുവപ്പട്ട
fennel seed - 1/2 tbsp - പെരുംജീരകം
chilly powder - 1 tbsp - മുളക്പൊടി
kashmiri chilly powder - 1 tbsp - പിരിയൻ മുളക്പൊടി
corianderpowder - 2 tbsp - മല്ലിപൊടി
black pepper powder - 1 tsp - കുരുമുളക്പൊടി
curry leaves - കറിവേപ്പില
salt - ഉപ്പ്
water - വെള്ളം
