I saw you through Mazhavil Manorama dhe shef . Happy to see you too are in namma Bengaluru.. Good recipe. Used to make this for my kid almost every alternate week. I mix half wheat+half maida. May be little more dense but less guilt. Never tried mixer. Always used hand blender.

Mahima, thank you for the recipe. A small advice for better understanding of viewers. Can u pls show the dark chocolate n milk chocolate u have taken as a packet in its orginal form, which could be more useful for us. Also reduce the speed n little more clear in explaining the ingredients as it would help the new comers also.

Yes. ചില റെസിപി മിൽക്ക് ആണ് പറയുക. ഞാൻ രണ്ടും ഉപയോഗിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഫ്രഷ് baking soda/powder. Less mixing. Those are the keys.. not very running consistency. That's all

Hai ma'am, Very good and neat presentation ❤ love all your recipes and r trying almost all the recipes all came out very well and very delicious.❤❤For this recipe instead of curd can we use butter milk ( half cup milk and 1.5 tbs vinegar).
