Mahindra 2638 here. Front loader works, PTO works. 3point just stopped raising and lowering while mowing. Tried cycling the valve several times. Nothing. I can raise and lower the arms by hand and there's no resistance. Piston O rings blown?

in the video I had to cycle the valve full open to full closed four times while trying to use 3 point lift before each cycle watch the video to the end too see what I mean.

My handle to move the hydraulics up and down won't move at all. It's completely locked up. I am almost to the point of bending it. The handle that controls the flow under the seat isn't the issue. It was wide open. I tried cycling it about a dozen times and the handle still won't move and the hydraulics still don't work. The hydraulics might work, but the handle seems "frozen".

Have you tried lubing the mechanism of the handle? I can’t be sure without seeing.

Maybe your remotes are engaged not allowing hydraulic flow
