Driving AX5 Diesel from last four months, City mileage is between 14 to 18kmpl, depending on your driving and Highway is always between 20 to 23kmpl.

As a XUV 3XO Diesel Manual owner I disagree with this video. It is the best sub 4 meter suv or crossover whatever you wanna call and it gives around 23 Km/L 50% city + 50% highway combined. In winters without A/c on 4 lane highway I'm getting around 28-30 Km/L

@hotfrostmusicarchive4919 driving an Ax5 diesel AMT. When driving normally or not very aggressively, the gearbox is smooth shifting and from 2nd to 6th gear. Downshifts are also very good, and you won't feel the shifts. The shifts are not very quick, like TC or DCT, but it's good enough for quick overtakes. The only thing is that the first gear is a bit aggressive, so you have to modulate the accelerator very sensibly. So, if your driving is mostly in bumper to bumper traffic, then it might strain your right foot. But for all other conditions, it's very, very good.

fuel effeciency depends on the driving style. i own 3xo and it gave me 24.5 Kmpl from bangalore to my native place which is about 440 kms which is great for this powerful engine.

I own ax5 At petrol City mileage is -11-12 km Highway ( zip mode ) 80-90 kmph - 18.3-20.7 kmph is the mileage I'm constantly getting. This is best in his segment The only issue I see is booth space could have been bigger , but it's ok for a family of 4 .
