I watched the semi final for the a-league here in Australia and VAR was amazing. Twice it gave goals that were originally disallowed and the result could have been different if it had not been in the game. The vibe around VAR was really positive at the game especially after those discussions. Sydney FC ended up winning the a-league grand final so ultimately VAR ended up being really important.

I'm a Germany fan and a Arsenal fan , the Germans have always been efficient but when they went through a drought of not winning Klinsmann decision to revamp German football from the youth up proved vital why you have excellent players like Max Meyer ,Goretzka , Draxler ,Werner ,Kimmich etc etc and why their world champions etc . As for Arsenal Lacazette and Mahrez adding to Kolasinac are superb additions to our team , Alexis can leave he bled his heart out for Arsenal if he wants to leave even to Man City we should not allow him to leave until next season .

So much downgrade at Arsenal over the last few years. No longer playing a holding midfielder because we play Xhaka instead. Replacing Giroud, a top player, with Lacazette. the head ref should be a video ref upstairs in front of a bunch of screens. Not the ref on the field. So the ref on the field whether hes sure or not he asks the ref upstairs anytime hes unsure and makes the call the video ref makes. You can do it instantly. Rugby does this but they will stop sometimes and put it on screen for everyone you can skip that for soccer/football
