If you come to berlin again i'd recommend you to go film at hackische höffe, kreuzberg around kottbussertor and Friedrichshain around boxhagener platz. There you can see some of the best berlin authentic streetstyle. At the berlin wall you just meet tourists

i know the people from berlin shown in this video, because we all go to the same school. and i can tell you.. most of them are born and raised in berlin - they are no tourists wtf hahah. the "authentic berlin" style in kreuzberg that you mentioned belongs to rich 'Zugezogenen' who have no other thing to do than fashion because its their whole build-up "berlin identity".

@@mone1648 you can't avoid tourists in Berlin. These areas are just the areas where people with more expressive, high fashion styles walk around. I worked at hackische höffe for a fashion company and that's where I always saw the most fashion forward people. You will also see more punk people or alternative dressing people in friedrichshain then in charlottenburg. But thanks for the advice Honey

@@insanealien2794 I didn't write that everyone in the video is a tourist lol I just tried to name places where you will see people dress more expressive and fashion forward since that's what I think is special about berlin. alot of cool styles and people being different, especially compared to the rest of Germany. Berlinerurgesteine will still not hangout at the berlin wall unless they show visitors around. Some people in the video even said they weren't from berlin.

Berlin fashion design students dress sooo different from each other. My university has a huge range of different styles, not only this berlin black grunge doc martens style..:))

@@maiazine i definitively recommend HTW! u can study fashion design or „clothing technology“ (thats more technical with cut, fabrics etc). our university has the best equipment and the biggest sewing labs, plus knitting machines and its also a public school that is very modern :)) so noo high costs besides buying your fabrics and books. if u consider about going to UDK.. who the most ppl think is the best Uni to study fashion design.. i wouldnt recommend it. the students mostly just upcycle clothes and the tailoring looks not that good. its more artsy fashion in the end. but for a good career you need to learn better how to make the cut and work on the whole process, in my opinion:))
