I've been binge-watching your videos since the other day I stumbled into one of your videos! You two are funny and cheerful showing us places. I love the cinematography, the quality of shots, the conversations, the introduction of places, and the warmth of traveling you show even in the simple quaint streets. I've been dreaming to see the places you go to in Japan. Even if I cant go for now, it was nice introducing us these places. Wonderful experience from the point of view of a dreamer. Please make more videos of your travels. Take care and enjoy!
I enjoy watching your episodes. You are a wonderful couple. Thanks for your videos. And about your question about nostalgia for the Showa. I'm a foreigner and have never been to Japan. But even I saw “old” Japan of the 70s-80s in this city.

Recently, the quality of the Showa era is being reevaluated in Japan. I would be happy if foreigners could also feel the goodness of the Showa era.

I used to watch a lot of Japanese Drama Serials in the 1980s, so I definitely warm to the retro street, it was the Japan I had wanted to visit. Thanks for showing this.

Ito is a great place. We lived there from 2010 to 2015 and I worked in the schools there. I'm not sure, but that onsen hotel might have been one of the places I went with the teachers for an enkai after taiikusai or bunkasai (it was a long time ago so I can't clearly remember!). We lived in the little town below Omuroyama and we saw it every day. We watched from our home when they lit it on fire, it was very dramatic. Next time we go back to Japan we will visit Ito again, and maybe stay in the onsen hotel in your video.

I visited Ito more than 10 years ago. I really enjoy that it is both a city and a onsen town. The city is not as crowded as Tokyo or Osaka, there are not as many large buildings and is cleaner compared to other famous onsen towns e.g. Kusatsu, Atami. It feels homely and authentic. I stayed in the K's home. It is a beautiful hostel with private onsen baths. But walls are thin.

There aren't many foreigners who visit Ito. Thank you for coming!
My wife and I are from Kazakhstan. Of course, we don’t understand nostalgia)). On May 15th we are going on vacation to your country! We are very interested in watching your channel.
