"This ist mein Frau" is a mix of english and german, not one word in that sentence is dutch. The guy that sings this does pronounce it in a very german way, though.

This was before the German people ever actually united. Often, they were called by their states, or by their word for German, "Deutsch". Hence why the "Pennsylvania Dutch" aren't Dutch. They are Germanic. English speakers simply confused Dutch with Deutsch.
