My dad was a combat engineer in WW2 and brought back a Walther ppk/s all he had to do was fill out a war prize form, times have definitely changed. I graduated high school in 87 in rural Arkansas, and we took our guns to school, obviously left in our vehicle, so we could go hunting after school, and everyone carried a knife. I carried a Schrade LB7 in a sheath every day, and no one ever got shot or stabbed. Lol
