What if Mail Merge is grayed out? Some of the certificate I want to merge is restricted from the organization that we are getting them from for our trainings.

Thank you for the help. I'm trying to do this with 4 certificates on 1 page in Publisher. Can that work? If so, what am I missing? The first name populates 4 times currently.

Thanks so much..... But Sir I created 1050 pages of certificate with this method and it worked.... The case now is if I try sending it to print out.... It does not print.... Except I keep Printing the current page.... i.e 1page per print.... Kindly help
