Welcome to another episode of Mailbox Monday! This series of videos feature items that you have sent in to the channel such as letters, drawings, models and all sorts of other wonderful things.
PLEASE DON'T SEND ANYTHING IN TO THE CHANNEL, FOR THE TIME BEING AS I HAVE A LOT OF MAIL TO PROCESS. But rest assured, I'll be sure to announce when it's okay to send stuff in, once again. And I'll update all Mailbox Monday videos accordingly.

Hello Intercity82: I'm writing this comment on youtube in a letter format because I want to let you know something that I thought that I think that will enhance how you test DC locos at low speed (Which is one of my favorite parts of your reviews!). My Idea is, using a either an power inyector rail (like the one needed to conect the track to the dc controler) or a bridge conector (the ones used to share power between the loops of track) to connect a voltimeter! So we can measure the minimum voltage needed to make to locos move and the minimun to keep them going. Of course the pick up points should be close to the loco being tested (the closer, the more reliable the measure is) so we can compare how good they are runnig smoooth! I personaly have plans to start converting mine to burshless, wich is not really hard to do and will improve power and of course smothness. Thank you for your time and sorry for the fact that my way of speaking maybe sligly or greatly broken because the fact that english is not my mother language even if Im capable of listening to it as good as spanish, wich is my mother language. Dear Will, I hesitate to write this comment, but feel I should. I can totally understand why you do these mailbox vids and that you don't want to disappoint all the young fans who have sent stuff in. However, the mailbox vids seem to have taken over most of the channel and that is not what most of us subscribed for. I do realize that one can just not watch these vids, but I am. missing the great content you used to make. I hope you will find a way to do the mail more efficiently and that you can bring back the channel to being mostly about model railways, instead of about mail.

@@jackmorris9628 I seriously doubt that. There's that Lego set, for instance. Also, Will used to do quite a few train pack reviews, which I loved, but he's done very few recently even before his break from KZbin. Also, I bet that Hornby and Bachmann will offer him things to review as well.

Apart from what I mentioned above, there's a huge backlog of the Your Model Railway Village stuff which has all been shipped to customers, as I happen to know. So no scarcity of subjects for actual model railway vids.

I'm still subscribed and will be waiting for the good times to return. I can still remember discovering the channel and then spending hours watching all the great train pack reviews and am. longing for more of them.

Hi Bros I just saw a video of yours on here. I wanted to ask you if things have improved since 2014 when you weren't happy with the incompatibilities among the various systems and you said it's unacceptable ! Well, ..I'm about to get back into the hobby for my kids but like you (in 2014) and i don't want to buy all the electronics as it appears that you had done, sorry !
