apparently the reason oxalic acid is bad is it combines with calcium which may help in forming the kidney stone .. i was only aware that you shouldn't consume calcium in excess but welp thats the duo right there!

Poor guy, i had the same exact thing happen with Spinach, I got on keto to lose weight and ate a spinach salad every day for lunch for several months and sure enough i got a kidney stone. The pain was the worst I've had in my life and now I won't touch Spinach salads out of fear.
