I love your video's. I don't always understand everything but I am always entertained and I usually learn something.

That's a lot of maintenance equipment for a ship to have while at sea. And that's just a MERCHANT vessel, not even something like an Aircraft Carrier. Very cool!

Hi Sir Thank you for all your submissions, they have been helpful and informative. Can you make an extensive video on ME Engine. Cover ACU, CCU, LOP, ECS, EICU, MOP, MPS as topics and showing them on board and the interconnection between them. It operations and also some maintenance as well issues if any you faced with them .

Can u pls tell me what are the advantages of High voltage on a vessel or a FPSO some one asked me this ?in a interview
@Bill_N_ATX2 жыл бұрын
Higher voltage let’s you run lower amperage for the same power passed through the wire. The lower the amperage, the lower the resistance, lower heat, and the ability to run smaller sized wires. This is a trade off, of course. You don’t want to run too high a voltage either. So you chose a voltage that keeps your amperage within a certain range. You also want to run as few voltages as possible on a ship. So you pick two or three and run those.
