*cough*, if you going to criticize, there has to be license to public your criticism, the way you criticism is a free of speech which is your own opinion, however it doesn't show how good you are to rate something else. Image all food rater have no idea what they are eating, so by now you are eating dog shits right now! You can anything bad, that is free speech, except in China, North Korea and some other places,but no matter what you are saying, you have no rights to rate something bad no matter what your opinion is to complain about someone's works!
