My first husband (who passed away) was from Quincy, MA. The family had a charming cottage in Cape Cod in a small town where one went into town to collect their mail. A bandstand with music on Saturdays in Summer. How I miss the charm of coastal Northeast. Heaven.

Such a beautiful, peaceful place! That cottage is adorable...I could (almost) live there! (I have STUFF!!!!) The only thing that would make that place better (besides me being there!) is a roof over the deck so I could sit outside & watch the rain. Love that sound. Hope you both have come home with a fresh take on life. Oh...my birthday was July 28! I started a new decade...upright, moving & above ground! So I'm good! 70...never thought I'd be 70...not that I'd die young just 70 is FOREVER away from 20! Happy August. :)
