Sharing that with your group of friends is a joke, and then throwing a tantrum at the concequence of your decision to inform your immature friends is silly. I lost my brother to street violence and planned his funeral on autopilot nearly a year ago. Once it was over, I finally broke down at the funeral. My family waited and my momma knew that it was going to happen. I just could not break down but once it was over…I was shattered. He and the work were gone and that was the only thing keeping me sane. My family thought I was just being strong but my mom and dad knew I was just working on autopilot and it was time for me to feel. Thank god they stopped me from fighting a concrete wall out of anger. I was just so mad and sad.

From the 2nd story, NTA. As someone who has insecurity issues I get that and it's super appreciable that you actually went through with helping her, but she needed to put her part too. Having insecurities is not excuse to cross those boundaries alreadt established and asked for. I have experienced having part of me just go off and do its own thing while the rest of me did what needed to be done. I burned myself with a cutting torch, and had to drive myself home. Part of me was screaming in pain (no exaggeration; I was screaming) while another part of me was calmly driving the car wondering what the fuss was all about. It was surreal.

Omg, I thought listening to my fave channel would help me relax but right off the bat I'm steaming. First off it sounds like Mike and Jessica are more than friends, maybe friends with benefits cause Jessica felt way too comfortable overstepping boundaries by calling OP a "Thot".. Btw, who even uses that terminology now? Also, honey, that's not a colorful pass. It's literally two dudes that happened to be friends and you didn't even know. Lord forgive me, but many of us have blew thru a few friends when we were young. Definitely no judgement there. It's in the past. Mike had zero right to say anything and he damn sure didn't have the right to tell his friends especially another female. I definitely have to agree with the narrator on that second story when you have something traumatic happened to you you freeze and then you start to go in the shop or you try to do anything within that moment to film some sense of normalcy in your life but the shock of that situation is still hitting you to the point where you're basically like the narrator said you're on autopilot and you really don't know what to do but just try to do a normal cast to calm yourself down in that situation and I know how that feels cuz I've been through it myself like I'll give you an example a while back my wife called me that she was in an accident that was really bad and thankfully she and the second person she had in the back with her managed to survive the crash but the thing that freaks me out was the fact that I could have lost her in that moment and I wasn't so much shocked that it was hard for me to even reactso when we will try to say all these toys are fake until you go through something very traumatic in your life you're going to start to understand that this really happens to people in those situations how they freeze up how they're on autopilot how they are not able to react correctly how they just try to do manual things to keep whatever they witness or went through off their mind to basically process the situation

(1st story) Annnnnd this is why I have no friends of the opposite sex. That girl Jessica is really messed up (and so is the bf). However, he knew all this time but only now has an issue with it. Plus, Jessica finding it out and is now openly insulting his gf. She's trying to sabotage her OP's relationship and replace her. That being said, OP should be with someone else.

That's how my ex spouse felt. I'm sorry but we can't stay married after never going to therapy for a deep rooted sexual issue due to SA. I couldn't bring myself to stay after that broken promise. I will never forget how nauseated I was after catching them self pleasuring to inc*st p*rnography I took the heat and label of "cheater" as the reason it failed. That's a lot easier than to watch everyone's view of them become distorted like mine. They are still perfect to my family, hers and our friends. The only people who know are my current partner and my therapist during that bad time.

The second story is not at all a difficult one and the ex-gf is 1000000% a massive ahole. Her having relationship anxieties is not what makes her an ahole but what does make her one is her abusive tendencies such as her controlling attitude, constantly checking his phone and using her victim mentality to gas light him into feeling sh×t if he refused to entertain her nonsense.

Just a reminder to everyone, these are one sided recollection with obvious biases. I won't listen to all of them, they all seem to bring up annoying memories of my own situations, both where I was and wasn't the asshole.
