I live in rural Minnesota, now devoid of machine repair people. Years ago I had a machine problem and a FB person suggested I call Ken's. OMG!!! They walked me through the problem. As time has gone by, I have purchased 4, yes 4!, major machines and countless accessories from Ken's. I can not recommend them enough for all your sewing needs. They are also very friendly and have a sense of humor.

That was wonderful. Brad was a great ambassador. Have a feeling a lot of calls to Ken's will become new customers.

Thanks so much for asking Ken my bobbin question. I still use my older machine often and I want it to outlast me! Roberta

Thank you Kim for this informative video with Brad. He is so impressive I immediately looked up Ken's Sewing Center online and ordered a walking foot with a seam guide for my Babylock Jane machine. I was told by a local dealer that I could not buy one for my machine. And there it was on their website for sale! And today they said it was already shipped! So Impressed!!!🤩

Wonderful video, Kim. Brad is so knowledgeable and helpful. I am lucky enough to have a sewing machine repair place near my home. I patronize them as often as I can in the hope that they will remain open for years to come.

I love that Ken’s service people will come to us (I’m in the southeast) to service machines. 💗

My vintage Pfaff croaked at the beginning of Covid and after (sadly) searching for a replacement I decided upon Ken's. I wasn't going to stores in person at the time. I got a Janome from them and am super happy with it (although will mourn my Pfaff forever)

This was a great interview! Thanks so much! I have a Baby lock Celebrate Cover-stitch which I really like. If you're considering it, I highly recommend watching Anita by Design (KZbin) videos for it. That is what sold me on that brand/model. It is great to have a serger and cover-stitch set up so I can go from one machine to another.

Oops, my coverstitch is a Euphoria, my serger is the Celebrate. They are both great!

I took my Juki 2000 to Ken's about 6 weeks ago to be serviced and came home with an upgrade (Juki 2010) instead and a Janome 6700P ... Great service, Will answered about a million questions and let me "test drive" multiple machines before I made my decision .... highly recommend!

I have bought several sewing machines from Ken's Sewing Center and it is the first place I look for parts or for a new machine. It is great to know that he and his team take calls and will do anything to help out before sending a machine in. I definitely recommend him when anyone is looking for a new machine.

Great interview. Im a Bernina girl and have found Bernina Jeff helpful as well. Think about interviewing Stephanie Canada. She lives in Florida and deals in vintage patterns and fabric. Her joie de vivre is infectious.
