What kind of infrastructure was in that region before Jews started to develop a social structure and civilization because I don't think there were any hospitals or infrastructure before Jewish people started to build and assist the region

The tribes were nomadic so they all nomadically roamed the region and as resources became scarce and as resources become controlled by population exponential population growth and other factors than people decide to settle down so that they can create their own crops and have their own farm animals to survive and thrive and we are also seeing that resources are getting scarce and that is why populations are fighting. It is not just religious conflicts but is also the stress on the environment with exponential population growth and resources becoming scarce. None of this is to excuse the terrible psychopaths that are warmongering and that want to control and destroy peaceful groups

There are Holocaust survivors that now live in America and I know one who is the son of Holocaust survivors and would definitely say that the government in isreal is not right winged especially because its disarmed its own people to less than 3% up until October 7th when they were able to be attacked because of it.

The tribal people of the region included the Israelites and the Israelites went way back in the region they just wanted to have access to their tribal land as well didn't they? These tribal people are currently forgetting the elders and what was taught to everybody and denying the importance of the New testament. Israel did send millions of dollars to Gaza for Gaza to flourish and instead of taking that it was used to fund terrorism and make the attacks against Israel stronger. Yes it is a chain of discord
