MAINTAINING YOUR 50cc CHINESE SCOOTER

One of my friends recommended that I change the Chinese gy6 engine oil when I just bought the motorcycle and use conventional oil, not synthetic 10w-30 10w-40, for the first 500 miles to help the engine break in, an then use synthetic oil is this true?

I have to give my scooter throttle to start it , but once it starts it idles and runs fine. What do you think that can be?

I recommend checking on the electric choke mounted on the carburetor. It maybe malfunctioning. Easy replacement if necessary.

Save your money, it looks pretty but less then three months the paint job fades, the plastic cracks, carburetors are none serviceable it's junk lol

The Denali 50 and other big Chinese brands are excellent value. Unfortunately most owners are not the best. Few of our customers have over 15k on their scooter and they look like new

@@MOTORSUncut I agree but also do research before choosing. most brands like Amigo and Vitacci both use Taiwanese engines their not Chinese by any means but none the lees its the same and better quality.

I agree the carbs are non serviceable, you can fix that. Reality is a basic carb that is serviceable can be had for like $30.
