Hot Soapy (Dawn) Water & Clean Rag Also make sure your Service Company is removing and cleaning out the nozzles...Also cleaning or replacing the Cap covers as needed

Why every time I see these training sessions the kitchen is brand-new or clean the reality of it kitchens are so dirty and full of grease I have never seen a clean kitchen .and I've beening doing this type of work for over 35years...let's be more realistic...please

Using sloppy unprofessional restaurant settings might be seen to imply that's acceptable. Third world kitchens are expected to be unsafe and flammable, and they won't be investing in fire protection equipment.
