When "pinning out" the system for service, its always a good idea to hang the keys to the truck on the "pin". A competitor of mine left a system pinned out at a Perkins, realized what he had done pulling into his shop. He quickly made a very fast 50 mile trip back to the restaurant to put the system back on line.

@frank 1976 Not for grease fires it’s not. Wet chemicals are used in kitchens for a reason.
