Hello, love your video and I hope you can help me. I have an issue with my thread no reconnecting after a jump stitch cut. I have adjusted the upper thread tension until I am positive that's not the reason though I now have to keep it way too loose hoping the stitch reconnects but it usually doesn't. Would you have any advice?

Hi i have prs 100 embroidery machine, and during a job, it turned off completely when the pause button was pressed (press it to remove a thread on the fabric). Now I can't turn the machine on again, the LCD also doesn't even turn on and I can't see any kind of error message on it. Is there a way to reset the machine? The machine has a hole in the back, is here where the reset button is it? Or is it to connect some kind of cable? (i dont have any more cables to use it)

Actually, I oiled the bobbin, adjusted the bobbin tension and adjusted the top thread and it fixed the problem. Huge thanks!

I have a thread stuck around that round metal part where the bobbin goes in. Ugh. I keep getting a message saying "Is a thread tangled or the needle bent?" Any advice?

Pretty confused as I was told NOT to use the canned air on my machine. I also need the exact spot to oil as my book tells me to turn the back dial to the mark and oil on the side...she says to oil in the bobbin notch.....so where????
