Some random thing i made up: Kyle was a person who was a fan of sonic. then a couple of his friends told him about how he can play the beta version and how dr robonic looked different. Kyle then booted up sonic on the beta version and could tell something was weird, the end of the title screen showed sonic with evil demonic eyes and blood going down his eyes. He went to the menu and it was different, this did not feel like classic old sonic. when Kyle finished the game, rumors say that Sonic or so called "Sonic.ERR" murdered Kyle.

Sonic.EXE is a new concept for me. So if I'm repeating stuff that is already very clear I'm sorry QwQ. But my theory is that there is a virus in the game titled "ERROR" (referring to "Sonic.ERR). ERROR is a virus that spreads to the different characters in the game once they are dead (sonic being the first victim). This would explain why the characters would look like what they do after sonics.ERR "Gets them". Another thought I've had is that Sonic.ERR is the more powerful of Sonic.EXE. this is just a theory and I'm not into the fandom that much so I'm saying this as a beginner. Anyways have a wonderful rest of your day!

And it's also one of my FAVORITE mods. and there's TWO anti-cheating songs when you press 7 on two of the joke songs.
