Alex Popp did a reaction video of The Nostalgia Critic's review of The Lion King (2019). It was Alex's Number 1 Worst Film of 2019. In Austin Putnam's Top 10 Worst Films of 2019 video, 1 of Austin's friends, Lucas Cantwell also put that remake as his worst film of that year. Alex Putnam, Austin's brother, was heartbroken when Lucas said that his Number 1 Worst was a Disney film, and when he said "Worst Aspects", Austin gave a hilarious reaction when he realized it. Austin & Alex liked that movie, but the biggest problem with that movie is that there is nothing new in it. It's just a shot for shot remake. Austin is great at giving reactions, and there are moments in that video, along with the Top 10 Best Films of 2019, where any time Austin, Lucas or Alex gave a reaction, there was a close-up shot of them, starting with when Lucas put "Frozen II" in his Dishonorable Mentions, and Austin was shocked, because he liked that movie. Austin got back at Lucas for putting "Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker" in his Dishonorable Mentions, because he didn't like that movie.

Alex Popp, the host of Popp Culture, is the only person I know of who liked that movie. He did a Top 10 Invalid Criticisms with Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom Video with things that he strongly believed in and most reviewers didn’t care, including The Nostalgia Critic, and there were scenes in that video where he talked about Isabella Sermon as Maisie Lockwood, especially with moments where Maisie is a clone, and presses a button to release the dinosaurs because “They’re alive, like me.”

While Isabella Sermon did a good job and gave a good performance and was absolutely adorable, the writing for her character was so lame/terrible. It’s obvious that the writers/filmmakers had no idea what to do with the character so they made her as unlikable as possible.

Look, the reason Charlotte and Benjamin Lockwood didn't say anything about Maisie is because they knew human cloning was illegal. And when Maisie found out about that, she should have been very angry with her mother for having done that and above all, she should have also been angry with those who entrusted her with her secret cloning job, because they had no idea how dangerous they could have been.😡😡
