Today’s video is all about one of the latest from Maison Margiela’s Replica series fragrances, Springtime In A Park. A fruity floral that’s a shared fragrance for both women and men. This is leaning ultra floral though as it’s got a very potent Lily-Of-The-Valley note/accord along with Pears and Musk. But for me, I get plum blossoms and sour plums, very green, crunchy, fresh, tart/sweet combo. Very green and floral and perfectly names, Springtime In A Park. At first I didn’t think I was going to like it; it smelled generic and even kind of cheap. But then I sprayed some on before a walk and I kept smelling it and it smells so fresh and pretty. I would consider buying it, especially on sale. I do like it.

I will never forget smelling By the fireplace for the first time!!! My experience with perfumes was even smaller than it is now, so it felt like magic it was so realistic... I also like whispers in the library I don't own any other but I do like the "subdued"though, I actually like the pear note, and also the musk, so this could be a right pick for me I also liked lazy Sunday morning And that is my experience with the series😅 Thank you for keeping up the uploads

This scent just gets better and better as it lingers on my skin. It has low projection which I like because I only want people to smell me if they get close to me. I just wish it lasted longer. I get about 4 hours of wear out of it.

I tried this at Sephora before they closed their doors. I like the scent. It’s very likeable sweet scent and I was surprised that it is unisex. It’s very feminine to me. I would like to wear it but it doesn’t have enough longevity to make it worth picking up.

I feel Flower Market doesn't have the fruitiness of the Pear and Flower Market I believe is so floral with Tuberose and other white flowers but then again I haven't compared them side by side. Maybe will have to compare! :)

Cavallier-Belletrud has always been my favourite perfumer! Dude's a genius. The debate about whether it was him or Morillas that created Acqua di Gio goes on, but I just love his work for Bvlgari, YSL, Miyake and Tom Ford. He just seems to transcend the boundaries between niche and designer. Absolutely deserving of his own exclusive brand.

If there were a niche clothing designer, Margiela would be it. He broke boundaries and pushed ideas to the limits with clothing. Now he is making fine art, but it resembles the work and energy of the dada era of art history. HIs perfumes are more designer not niche.

I don't think this demographic likes big fragrances and I am for sure certain that they like them lighter, fruitier, floral and fresh. I'm sure it makes sense to you. But I also agree with you re Dior. That's who they are targeting these days! :)
