This week Mama Wafaa and I hopped in the kitchen to make Arnabeet or fried cauliflower and yummy lamb chops! I grew up on this Egyptian style cauliflower and it is my absolute favorite!! Wow just came across this video .enjoying the recipie. Its a great way to learn asli Egyptian food and Egyptian ammeya.
