Have a small concern I hope you can cover up in your upcoming videos there is a problem once we normally go to the restroom to urinate once it stops, the person has the same feeling to urinate again immediately and it's in form on few drops that intension and pee won't stop for 5-10 mins is that a problem?

There sure are. Your nipple will be taken off and placed in a new position. Very likely you cannot breastfeed if you need to. The question remains if it is wiser to reduce in a natural way or not which brings other issues like sagging. It would be a total plan to restore them AND keep the functions.
