I'm catching up, Chris. Nice job and a good fixup. Just like in the kitchen: If you cook at some point something is going to go wrong. The trick is to fix it up so no one knows and enjoys the meal. Thanks for another excellent video.

Fresh inserts, reduced tool pressure, correct speeds and feeds... experience. Prior f ups reduce the trend of future f ups... but one never eliminates them.

it can not be forged, it it was a forged part it would not have been a round bar stock
