Welcome back, Danilo! We miss you when it's Italy's vacation time. This property is in my opinion one of the best you have ever shown of this size - a truly ready-made boutique hotel of the highest - the HIGHEST - quality. Because I assume the property sells fully furnished, I wanted to comment on the incredible job the decorator(s) did. In an era where the style is a lot of bland beige/gray, it is rare to find someone who can do a lot of color without falling into bad taste. But this is absolutely beautiful! Every room was such a new adventure. I have come to appreciate the money and time involved in choosing to restore frescoes rather than paint over them - and the frescos in this property are just stunning. The whole complex is a celebration of traditional features, natural wood and stone, and strong color, and all is combined with a wonderful sense of humor and whimsy. I am just entirely charmed. (As a greyhound owner, I especially loved the life-size statues in the entrance hall!) Thank you for sharing this one with us.

Stunning property, well designed as well, Italian garden, sitting area, swimming pool area, ... very calming. The main villa ... very well put together with spacies rooms. BUT for me the winning part, all those painted ceilings, STUNNING, the gave this villa so much more character. This is a winner for sure.

I really enjoyed this tour. The villa is so large and suites for everyone. I don't think I've seen another villa as well apppointed. All the details, the frescoes and there were several room where the flooring was outstanding craftsmanship. Baeutiiful.
