Gorgeous!! Looks like there was at least one mama-to-be in the herd. Perhaps we will get to see a little beauty soon.😊 Thank you for sharing.

We're thinking so as well! We sure hope we can find them during foaling season again!

@@WestSpirit Well, there's hope. The herd is aware of you. As long as you respect their space and are non-threatening, which appears you are doing, they may surprise you and show off their new member(s) when the time arrives. I've seen horses do that, from a safe distance. It was almost as if they communicated: here is a new member of our herd and we hope you will extend the same respect toward him as you have to us. It was the sweetest thing I've ever seen. The herd was cautious but they brought the baby fairly close, lingered for about forty seconds with baby in clear view. Mama nuzzled the baby keeping him close, the aunties kept a close eye on the human and the stallion brought up the rear as they left. Stallion had his ears back, ready if need be. Still, it makes your heart melt and your eyes water. 😊

@RKX_Errant That sounds like a really beautiful experience that you encountered. You're very in tune with horse spirit.. What part of the world are you in?

@@WestSpirit I've lived all over the US. Spent teen years in Nevada and there discovered mustangs. Been fascinated with horses for awhile, but learned from others who were knowledgeable about horses. I love animals. They have so much to offer; we just need to pay attention. You are doing that, so don't be surprised that the horses pay attention to you. Telepathy thru the heart may open up communication. ☺ ♥ (Feel free to remove this: Stable Horse Training; Canada YT vids on horses. Owner Graeme (Bull, I think.) Think Like A Horse; US Texas YT vids on horses. Owner Rick Gore. Both these men love horses and have very good horse knowledge.
