I judged one of the first ever Team Sealed tournaments (before it was codified into a format) at Canadian Nationals 2022. Oh my god, was it the most fun I've ever seen people have while playing. There was a ton of laughing, excitement, and joy to be heard at the tables. Even the teams that were losing were having fun seeing what their opponents could come up with. I highly recommend it.

I call it Rune bricking... To be fair, I did that to my daughter last night. She's nine and we played the first strike decks so she plays Aurora... She went two turns going basically five wide on me and dropped me down to three... I fought my way back to get her down to three too and it came down to a turn where she tried to bait me into under blocking so I could swing back and I taught her an important lesson. I picked up her graveyard. I looked through it and I said I bet in your hand right now there's a yellow harness lightning... So I blocked out. Took the harness went down to one... Then she bricks as all Rune blades Eventually Do. I know exactly what Nathan's talking about. I've played viserai since arcane Rising. If there is one thing, Rune blades can do well is brick when it is absolutely necessary that they don't

Good thing is that airports will always wait for the last person if they're in the system. I was waiting for my flight for 2 hours because one guy got off the plane for something and just came back like nothing happened. My neighbor and I joked saying he just REALLY had to use the bathroom on the other side of the airport.

Last I did team sealed we were told to divide all spare cards into the 3 player pools before round 1 & cards can't be swapped between player pools after that point to prevent silver bullet siding situations.

Played in my first of four prereleases tonight and got steamrolled by Florians for 2 rounds, then got the bye for an early trip back home. Can confirm, Florian is just straight up good even with mediocre pulls!

Funny enough i went into prerelease wanting to play runeblade. Opened my packs and thought it was garbage, but i had some great Oscilio cards. Never been interested in wizard till then but i cant wait to build him. The ratios are straight up "if you dont draw florian cards, good luck 😭"
