Major Brush Fire in Turlock 5/22/08

This is a video of a brush fire on Highway 99 and Taylor Rd. in Turlock California on May, 22 2008. This was during a major Wind storm. Highway 99 was backed up for about 30 miles or so in each direction. This was as close as most people could get to a fire. I was standing out there with an off duty CHP officer and a couple of people who run a nearby construction site. We all left soon after this because the wind began to shift direction and the smoke and such was blowing towards us.
