1. Not skipping any topic from syll 2. While solving mocks, identifying the topic and evaluating its difficulty level 3. Using oswaal books for sectional wise pyqs practice. 4. QA will be on easier side. DILR a little tough as its common for both engineers and non engineers. 5. VARC difficulty will be high. Critical reasoning for VA & inferential understanding from shorter RCs is crucial ( moderate to high) 6. DILR sets are a mix of data, reasoning and other topics. ( high difficulty) 7. Algebra and arithmetic weightage increased ( moderate to high difficulty) 8. Nevertheless, sections and difficulty level can vary.

The reality is it is not at all favourable for anyone would always prefer the old pattern , because it was actually any adaptability test but now it's more about marginalisation and elimination students, as non engineer cat is not all friendly exam and if you're someone from general and nc obc category it will make you life tough...

Hello Shweta, I was planning to give my CAT & other OMETS in 2025. I graduated in 2024, so by the time GDPI starts next year, I'll be sitting with 2 year Gap. Also I don't have any work ex except for a 2 month internship. Did few paid courses like SAP, DATA ANALYTICS USING TABLEU. Planning to do few more this year. I want to pursue my career in HR. So is there anything else I can do except work ex. Which would be beneficial for me during the interview process. When they ask me to justify my 2 year gap. If you want to get into better institutes than the ones you're getting, then why not.

Yes, you must solve 400 tough question on each section and try again. Try Rodha or MBA Pathshala or Elite Grids if possible. Alternative if you can Crack OMET it would be better XAT, NMAT, SNAP, CMAT, CUET-PG. Don't waste a year.if possible. AI & Robots are coming most of the jobs will be obsolete in future. You can opt for LIC Pension Policy instead and do affordable Online MBA with Placement Options instead. Rest is upto you.

After that from July I started doing python full stack course and this November I couldn’t give cat cause I thought I’m not prepared if I give cat at 2025 how many years would it count as gap and wat shld I do now also my full stack course is offline and complete and by march they said they will give placement assistance shld I take that or completely focus on cat. And my profile is like 10th and 12 -->81 percentage Graduation -->7.5 or 69 percentage

Although it's too soon to be thinking of IIM-A rn, I'd suggest giving your best shot in 10th because it will help you learn a lot of skills like discipline, goal-setting, dedicated, focus, and time management and also give you a sense of confidence in your abilities. Scoring good marks need not be a means to an end, it can just be a short-term goal you set and achieve for the sake of maximizing your potential.

There is no issue if you're worried about gaps - they don't matter. Just prepare well for CAT and you can explain the gap by saying you were preparing for CA exams.

Some colleges don't require CAT but most of the top ones do. When to start - 1 to 1.5 years are more than enough to prepare for CAT.
