15% when weed is already too expensive in ohio making ppl go to Michigan, i kind of agree with lowering the plant numbers though nobody needs 12 plants unless youre gonna sell it which is still illegal you have to have a license to sell, however weed and alcohol are completely different, it doesn't effect your driving to smoke weed and drive, ppl been doing it and never crash but accidents can happen no matter what.
